Responsibilities:

-    Will be responsible for implementing Oracle HRMS with specific focus on Oracle Core HR, Self Service, Asset Management consulting assignments. Activities include:

-    Lead the engagement effort at different stages from requirements gathering to business analysis, high level design, development / configuration, testing and deployment.

-    Use deep domain expertise and Oracle EBS R12 package knowledge to be a client’s advisor in Oracle Core HR, Self Service consulting assignments.

-    Analyzing client requirements, helping the client in evaluating multiple options, providing guidance on HR processes, suggesting feasible solutions, architect suitable solutions.

-    Pro-actively analyzing current weakness in client’s processes and landscape and suggesting alternate solutions.

-    Gap analysis, package evaluation, implementation and testing, user training.

-    Work with offshore, client, onsite teams as part of the project.

-    Analyzing the problem faced by the client and design the solution for the problem with the documentation.

 

Skills:

-    Implementation of Oracle (R12) HRMS - Core HR, SSHR, Asset Management).

-    Specific experience in implementing Oracle Core HR, SSHR for US and International clients. Need to have at least 3 complete lifecycle Oracle Core HR, SSHR implementations utilizing the Oracle AIM methodology.

-    Need to have a solid understanding of the integration of Oracle Core HR, SSHR with other modules such as OAB and Payroll.

-    Hands on experience in configuring Oracle Core HR, SSHR suite. Demonstrated expertise in Fast Formulas, is a must.

-    Hands on experience in defining the requirements and testing Oracle Core HR, SSHR conversion.

-    Hands on experience preparing for, leading, and wrapping up Conference Room Pilots, as part of the iterative implementation approach.
