Domain skills required:

  • Assessment of existing requirements, understand current desktop/laptop Standard operating processes (SOE), Group policy objects(GPO), SOE processes, current desktop applications and toolsets, mobile management solution/ SCCM/ application & OS deployment solution.

Technical skills required:

  • Understanding customer requirements for Windows 10 desktop/laptop Standard operating processes (SOE) with desired settings, configured functionalities, core applications and software distribution process
  • Image (Operating System) Creation and validation.
  • Create migration strategy and create migration plan
  • Operating System Deployment using SCCM.
  • Application packaging, to create applications to support latest operating systems (windows 10).
  • Design and Implement BYOD (Bring your OWN Device) using Microsoft Intune.
  • Operating System Deployment using SCCM.
  • Deployment of software and software update management using SCCM.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Provide support to post-migration issues
  • Good knowledge of planning and executing migration projects
  • Handle communication with customer and manage the offshore team who will perform the migration
  • Weekly migration status reports generation.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.


Preferable but not mandatory:

  • knowledge of mobile management solution/ application & OS deployment solution.
  • Application compatibility testing.

Non-Technical skills required:

  • Requirement Management and Change Management process
  • Understand the business requirements and provide viable and robust design solution for the technical team to commence configuration or development
  • Working in a collaborative environment with a large sized team (over 20 people)
  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to Provide user training support in terms of setting up the scenarios for training, responding to user queries and issues in a prompt manner
  • Assist to Participate in UAT and provide demo of features in UAT workshop.
  • Should be capable of problem definition, diagnostic /discovery/As Is Assessment, solution evaluation and recommendation.
  • Should be able to work on proposals, contracting @Agreement, project scoping, effort / schedule/cost estimation.
  • Explain implementation details to IT SME as and when needed and whiteboard solution details.
  • Provide support and explanation of features to business users on the newly implemented system. Address time critical user queries in person.
