• SFDC experienced SME needed
• Strong at Test Driven Design & Development (includes the ability to elicit acceptance criteria and negative testing scenarios with team members) . 
• Strong Rational RQM, RTC, Jira and Q-Test User 
• 7+ years exp leading testing and QA teams 
• 5+ years exp in large-scale, multi-platform environments using agile application development & scrum methodology (with proven ability to peer influence/model agile team behavior
