Mandatory Skills:
- Good understanding of ITIL (Incident, problem and Change Management)
- Should be from application development or application support back ground
- ITIL certification is desirable but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL, Unix
- Working knowledge of DevOps Tools and Agile methodology
Good to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like NetIQ, AppDynamics, Splunk,, Informatica and Business Object
- Basic understanding of Energy Domain and Oil Trading will be desirable

Detailed Job Description:
- Single Point of contact for the all the issues for the applications in scope
- Primary responsibilities would include Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
- Work closely with onsite business and IT client users and offshore team for issue resolution
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and end user management
- Troubleshoot issues and if needed escalate it to 3rd line support
- Take end to end ownership for resolution of critical issues
- Assist development team with functional inputs and other queries
- Should take ownership of tasks and problems and respond in a proactive manner, handling concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
