Detailed Job Description:

• Expert Knowledge in Testing Genesys Architecture for Voice & Multimedia.
• Proficient with Hammer & Selenium automation testing tools.
• Prior experience in testing most of the below Genesys components:
• Speech-enabled, self-service Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) system
• Sophisticated multi-channel level routing
• Enhanced real-time and historical reporting
• Chat and email functionality
• Callback and outbound functionality
• Genesys Interaction Recording (“GIR”)
• Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (“WDE”)
