Detailed Job Description:

• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
• Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
• Coordinate and communicate with impacted business units
• Experience with Windows 2012R2, 2016, 2008R2
• Experience in Microsoft Clusters
• Experience with Hyper-V
• Experience in DHCP, DNS, IP configuration
• Powershell script skills
• Experience with HP blades and OneView
• Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure
• Strong communication skills
• Understand of Active Directory, Group Policies, OU structure
• Strong Troubleshooting skills regarding all components of Windows from OS and driver issues to authentication issues.
• Ability to take project requirements and turn them into a executable plan
