- 5+ years of QA experience testing in SAP HCM domain, SAP Quality processes, Testing
- Good Functional and Technical knowledge
- Experience in Agile project, QA processes and tools, test management systems etc.
- Should have commitment towards ownership of product/topic
- Ability to drive Test Strategy & Design, Test Process, Test Methodology, Test Tool Evaluation & adoption
- Strong collaboration skills and work well in a cross - cultural teams
- Strong Leadership skills and QA expertise
- Data migration and Automation testing experience are plus
- B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree
