Must Have Skills:
- Well versed in SAP OData services and SOA Framework
- Extensively worked on all RICEFW objects as part of at least 2 implementations
- Write well designed, testable and efficient code that can be reused.
- HCM Functional knowledge, including Time and Payroll
Detailed Job Description:
- 8 years of experience as SAP HR ABAP Consultant and should have strong knowledge in SAP HR modules like PA, OM, Time and Payroll modules.
- Prior experience of Integrating Success factors to SAP ECC via HCI. Knowledge of business integration builder BIB nice to have.
- Good understanding of decouple framework and BADIs to update employee data to SAP.
- Ability to develop highly complex SAP objects using OO techniques in SAP HR module.
- Working knowledge with Web Services SOAMANAGER and SEGW using XML
