Job Description:
- Review, analyze and evaluate information technology systems operations.
- Determine user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Identify, documents, reports, and tracks system issues.
- Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Technical Skills: Web Driver, Jenkins, TestNG, JIRA, ESB, Dot net, ATG, Java J2EE, Maven, Postmain, Ms-Excel, Mongo DB, Webforms.
Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent or closely related field with relevant experience.
