- HCM Schema GL financial postings for Payroll
- SAP North America ( US CA) Gross to Net Payroll, and Tax proficient
- Ability to create/modify Payroll/Time schemas, rules, Operations, functions independently/ Understand payroll posting to SAP and non SAP systems and support complex configuration and development needs
- Ability to Create /modify Wage Types, understand FLSA rules and California specific time calculations.
- Ability to manage projects from system configuration and development perspective and work with developers day to day basis.
- Subject Matter expert in SAP Gross to net payroll including integration touch points

- Write business requirements, design documents and functional specifications
- Provide support to development team during build phase
- Provide governance for functional configuration and monitor the deliverables
- Work with client PM to create/perform Project Management deliverables and stage gates
