• 6 years IT experience with 2 years experience as Scrum Master
• Should have basic knowledge of Java and J2EE
• Excellent in managing scrum teams and scrum ceremonies
• Should have excellent knowledge of tools like JIRA, Rally,etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent in communication
