• Certified Cisco Eng (CCNA proven certification)
• Has experience with Computing Network support, troubleshooting and configuration. Preferably with Cisco devices
• Has ability to integrate well with peer technical domains in Intel IT (InfoSec, HPC, etc)
• Ability to establish trust and good working relations with IT
• Ability to understand customer requirements and put them on the ground. 
• Very sensitive and flexible to customer needs, expectations and timelines
• Ability to provide service on client sites in Arizona

• Experience in Intel IT environment and support is a great advantage
• Some experience with Network Security / Firewalls management and configuration would be a great advantage
