Detailed Job Description:

Managing a team to provide 247 production support with 100 SLA adherence Gentran on Mainframe, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, SSP, SEAS, IBM Control center, Sterling Connect Direct, Perimeter servers

Minimum years of experience: 5+

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Ensuring Infosys delivery with SLA compliance and Client stake holder satisfaction
2. Interacting with client directors leadership to provide them regular status updates on various support issues and ongoing infrastructure and development projects as well as overall performance of the project
3. Governance on various ITSM process like Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management to ensure the quality of the service is attained as per contractual KPI definitions
