• Must be an expert in Workday HCM
• 10 years of Experience in the industry and having relevant 5 years of experience in Workday Testing on core HCM modules
• Work with Business Analyst to gather the Test requirements
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Prepare Test strategy for Workday major releases
• Conduct UAT and get the UAT sign - off
• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
• Good at Integration and End to End testing.
• Good at deriving the Test Data Workday, Enterprise Integration Builder EIB, Core Connector DT Transformation, Report Writer and Calculated Fields, compensation module, Job Portal, Core HCM, Absence management system, Workday reporting, compensation module, Core Connector DT Transformation
