Must Have Skills:

• Must have at least overall of 8 10 years in Automotive/Auto Finance domain
• Must have at least 4 5 years of QA Lead Functional, API and UI testing experience using the tools such as: Seleniu/Java/Soap UI/Postman
• Experience in Loan Originations, Loan Servicing, Collections, Recovery.
• Strong understanding of Loan originations, Collections, Payments, Insurance and Taxing, Remitting Funds, Payoffs, Reversals, customer change requests and other Servicing processes.
• Prior experience with Auto finance clients like Toyota Financial Service, Hyundai Capital, Ford, Nissan Motors, GM, Fiserv and other Auto Financial clients will add weightage.
• Strong experience in Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & Defect reporting
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies
• Strong QA Program management/Lead experience
• Should possess strong Team handling and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in test execution aligned to overall project milestones.
• Lead a team of 5-6 members of both manual and automation test engineers

Nice to have:

• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Conduct backlog grooming/sprint planning/scrum events/other agile sessions
• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies
• Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance
• Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution
• Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured
• Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.
• Must have working experience in Offshore/Onshore model
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
