- 10 - 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with experience in My Buy and Supply Chain Collaboration and At least three full life cycle S/4 HANA Projects implementation experience
- Deep and broad indirect Procurement experience are in a global capacity
- Previous leadership role on a major SAP transformation project
- Knowledgeable in Ariba or Supplier Resource Management (SRM) solutions and integration with SAP highly preferred.
- Consulting background a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, Azure DevOps, Quality Center and MS Project

Top responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
- Collaborate and partner with the PTP Value Stream, Global Process and Solution Design Leads to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Accountable
- Support decision-making, execution of the localization (statutory/legal) and deployment of the MyBuy procurement process as defined in the PepsiCo Global Template - Accountable
- Define all the integration points between the current legacy tools and Supplier Collaboration with respect to different PBNA deployment phases Accountable
- Support PGT team in providing preparing and identifying all data activities that are specific with Suppliers Networks - Accountable
- Work with PepsiCo PM to create/perform Project Management deliverables and stage gates
