Job Responsibilities:
- Initial triage of an incident which requires technical knowledge of OSS Systems and experience in Triaging
- Go through production logs, identify cause of problem, run fix/suggest a solution or transfer to dev team with required inputs.
- Service restoration in case of outages
- Provide support for issues such as configuration errors, setup issues, data fixes, batch job failures.
- Identify and define new areas where tech ops support is required Maintenance, Capacity checks
- Identify areas for automation and pass on to dev team for further analysis and implementation
- Define and create alerts and dashboards in Dynatrace for monitoring across OS System software/DB/Application layers.
- Document technical standard operating procedures Incidents, alerts, health checks, troubleshooting, system errors.
