Instituted SW release procedures increasing on - time delivery. Coordinated with cross-functional teams including professional services, IT Operations and Software Engineering. De veloped cross-functional processes to articulate expectations and deliverables through process flowcharts and checklists. Team delivered multiple software releases on-time and occasionally delivered new releases before the agreed upon deadline.
Improved collaboration amongst internal teams with direct impact on performance. Politics and competing agendas were hindering the focus of the QA and Business Analyst groups. Implemented Seapine Software suite improving visibility and efficiency. As the organization was experiencing phenomenal growth, recognized the need for improved systems and processes as old processes were cumbersome, error prone and not scalable. Identified new tools and technology providing more visibility related to requirement tracking, customer issues, code versions and testing.
