TECHNICAL SKILLS

Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2010 and Active Directory
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Exchange
Working knowledge of patch management and specifically Shavlik
Working knowledge of automation scripting including batch files, Desktop Authority, Power-Shell and Scriptlogic
Working knowledge of Web filtering and proxy technologies.
Knowledge of HP Insight Manager
Solid problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
