• As part of the Professional Services Group, I've travelled to customer sites to implement the Amcom Smart Suite and Oracle 10, 11g software upgrades, deploying Physical and Virtual servers, VOIP phone equipment and Dialogic . Deployed Linux Red Hat and middleware servers which interconnect with the newest Cisco, Avaya and Nortel servers and phones for CTI, paging, messaging, (HL7, TAP, SNMP, SMTP) and switchboard operators.
