  • Responsibility for managing 4 contract partners, and 10 sub-contractors across a 67-county, 3-state geographic region, consisting of 1,862 physicians that signed up for electronic medical records and quality management support services for Meaningful Use attestation, funded through a $10.3 million grant from the Health and Human Services Office of the National Coordinator.
  • Led the 67-county Confidential for state-wide REC collaboration to attain a 4th national ranking for the State of Ohio Medicare/Medicaid registration, physician, provider, and critical access hospital Meaningful Use incentive payments. Managed team-facilitated direct assistance and quality improvement to Confidential providers, securing $8.2 million of grant funding for the Confidential, in addition to core funding.
  • Guided the Confidential to achieve 100% of Confidential ’s original goal to bring 812 physicians and providers to Meaningful Use of their EHRs to the Cincinnati’s region of physician and provider community to drive healthcare quality improvements through EHR implementation and Meaningful Use quality initiatives. Subsequently, realized a total of $36 million to more than 1,300 providers and 3 Critical Access Hospitals in the Confidential 11-county region, and a total of $53 million to the overall 67-county region of 1,862 providers and 13 Critical Access Hospitals.
  • Provided REC coordination with the Confidential project, the Comprehensive Primary Care initiative, and EHR alignment with metrics of MU, PCMH, PQRS, and ACO quality initiatives.
