Project 1: Eagle product Infrastructure builds, development and support May ’09 – till now

The objective of the project is to implement Eagle product across various division of Bank and build/design the infrastructure model for Eagle product base on the capacity/size of client. The different phases of the program are Proof of concept and gap analysis, Infrastructure build, Operational Model set-up, Surround system integration, Eagle Releases updates, Washington model office set-up and live conversions. Cognizant will be engaged in all of the above phases and would provide resources to meet the demands of the project.

The Scope of work includes:

  • Infrastructure build and set-up for the different environments of the Eagle product
  • High level design for STAR/PACE implementation
