  • Primary job is refreshing computers (replace old computers with new ones). Performing 75 to 85 refreshes per quarter
  • Performing surveys, software licensing checks using Peregrine Asset Center, checking the retirement date on the computer serial number.
  • Using ACTIVE DIRECTORY to find user ids, reset user passwords, find users specific VPN, finding all computer names under the user id.
  • Running the Peregrine Asset Center SMS (System Management Server Report Viewer) report for all programs installed on a certain computer, running a report to tell the user id and computer name and tells who last signed onto the computer by serial number or computer name.
  • Imaging new computers using UPTS software.
