- Responsible for the application development and launch of a private Cloud web based Advanced Advertising and Marketing Platform, .Net implementation to manage campaigns and digital video assets across Cinema Screens, Internet and Mobile serving 200+ agencies and thousands of local advertisers. Aligned all internal and external stakeholder requirements to internal business goals and interactive advertising standards. The platform provides, master taxonomy, Order to Cash, CRM, DAM, contract management, billing, ROI optimization, targeting, traffic and scheduling, forecasting, self service module, dynamic pricing engine, BI for audience measurement, forecasting and analytics. Third party integration included Nielsen, Donovan, Comscore, POS data and credit card integration. This was a complete ERP transformation from legacy to new platform. The platform lowered the internal operating expense by 25%.
- Architected and managed the software development of a Cloud B2B Portal .Net, C# implementation accessed by advertisers, agencies, exhibitors and internal groups. The portal automates the collection of Exhibitor POS data for box office, lobby concessions, feature film start times and manages the content rights of exhibitors and film companies.
- Developed a live event, streaming digital video CDN cloud service for distribution to theater sites in the US. The service consists of a NOC, satellite content acquisition, video encoding, transcoding, national MPLS backbone, regional edge server caching, last mile, OSPF, multicast streaming 1080P digital video. This lowered distribution costs by 40%.
