USERRA and pre 88 service project consisted of complex calculation provisions and working on this task required in depth knowledge of provisions. I went through the requirement documents, understood the big picture, made transition of knowledge from my onshore team. Later I mentored the complex provisions to additional resources, made them to perform spreadsheets, clarified their questions, in addition to working on my part. I did the challenging role of mentoring, managing, clarifying and self working for the two projects simultaneously and single handily.
