Loss Mitigation Foreclosure processing for Federal Home Mortgage programs such as the Home Affordability Modification Program HAMP . Process, outline, and proposal work on traditional modifications under Freddie Mac Federal Guidelines. Process all incoming foreclosure modification requests for all loans to within thirty-one-percent of their DTI Debt-to-Income ratio. One-on-one customer relations with home owners suffering hardships under the national economic strain. Direct liaison to Freddie Mac and quality control of rate adjustment proposals through the Federal investor. Document processing and final stage adjustments for all active modification proposals.
