Although Confidential was originally hired to lead HRC's architecture effort, the government staff had other organizational plans. Mr. Seth was put on leave of absence from SAIC awaiting redeployment. During the downtime involved, working with a team of technical and functional experts, Confidential developed an operational architecture for a system to monitor the Federal telework initiative.
