Team analysis of over one hundred thousand firewall rules for the purpose of determining current business need and utility. The project goal is to use analytical tools to isolate and contact rule owners of legacy firewall rules and and assist them in determining if the legacy firewall rules meet current Line of Business needs and need to be re-certified, de-certified or if hardware or applications have been decommissioned. Lead Engineer Project Manager
Supervised and implemented a Cisco Smart Net audit of 160 NYCHHC acute and clinical care facilitates. Surveyed and documented all switches, hubs, routers, access points, IP phones and VOIP call managers. Client savings of over 50K per year realized in the new Smart Net contract. Acted as program and project manager for 5 million annual cost center for all IT projects executed within a large in- house facilities construction and renovation program/cost center.
