1. Pro-active Responsibilities at VLS:

  • Marketing own consultants of VLS Systems and also the consultants who are willing to Transfer their H1 with us.

  • Submitting them resumes of our candidates through ITRM.

  • Understanding the job requirement I get from my Clients. Checking with the clients if they already have any resumes for the specific req. I will be working on. Validating the requirement before posting on ITRM.
  • Judging if the rate on the requirement is reasonable in the current market, duration of the project, so that I can decide on whether to work on it or not.
  • The requirement posted on ITRM is assigned to the particular skill specialized recruiter from VLS. Following up with the recruiter to get potential resume/s with in the time frame specified.
  • Once a resume is received from recruiter, screening the resume, talking to the candidate, screening him/her on the basics, and submitting to the client after confirming that the candidate is a correct match.
  • Following up on every submission made to the client with a phone call and or an email (through ITRM).
  • If a client is interested in a specific candidate/s submitted and would like to talk to the candidate, making sure to inform the candidate in advance and making sure candidate has no pending interviews or confirmations.
  • Following up on any interview requests with the candidates, following up before and after the interview and updating the candidate on how the interview went.
