- Determine test requirements for new products, features & bug fixes (functional, integration, compatibility, stress, regression, system and performance).

- Knowledge of Security protocols in SSL/TLS, OCSP and Cryptography (SHA1, SHA2, RSA, DSA)
- Responsible for test lab management: setting/purchased/maintained test equipments for each releases/projects and tracking/inventory test equipments for repair, calibration. Also, maintain lab safety and compliance with ISO procedures.
- Distribute test cases/areas to team, mentor development and QA people on technology, products and methodology.
- Use the automation scripts (Perl, Tcl) for test suites automation for sanity, regression of each build.
- Use bug tracking system (ddts/tcts and jira) and test case matrix to track schedules, assess risks, create reports and present data to management. Create wiki pages for internal reference material.

* Influenced and presented budget projections for scheduling, resources, test equipment requirements for each software release, based on company roadmap. Defined the risk factors, contacted the right vendors for correct quotes and submitted the CAJ (Capital Asset Justification) for equipment costs to VP of Engineering for approvals, worked and followed-up with purchasing department to place the PO’s.
* Responsible for daily reporting of the test team execution during FAT (Functional Acceptance Test), FT (Functional Test), ST (System Test) and FCO aka UAT (Final Check Out).

* Promina 100: Release of new small Promina 800 series chassis. Coordinated the testing across 3 QA teams, several field service and technical support people. Wrote test plan and Specifications, configured network topology, reviewed customer documentation, provided weekly status reports, and wrote the test results.
* Hardware: Worked with 3 separate hardware groups and manufacturing to coordinate the schedules of all hardware projects to come to QA, including: Cost-reduced boards, part obsolescence reproductions, and manufacturing reworked boards.
