  • Strictly followed Walmart Corporation standard admin procedures and policies like Version Control, Change Management Control, Organizing or involving in bridge calls for remote teams, Monthly Implementation plans, Code promotion rules etc.
  • Responsible for setting up and monitoring the Site Scope alerts in High Availability severs in all Dev, QA and Production Environments.

Security Administrator:

  • Involved in installing, configuring, administering and supporting of Tivoli Access Manager , LDAP Iplanet5.1, and DDA on Windows 2000 Advanced Server and Sun Solaris Environments.
  • Responsible for Tivoli Access manager Application Support, which includes Web Agent Support such as how the policy server will talk to LDAP user store schemas that the policy server uses for authentication, authorization etc, LDAP user store like configuring the user store, modifying the user profiles etc.
  • Responsible for setting up and monitoring the Tivoli Access manager in Dev, QA, and Production.
  • Responsible for providing security for new enterprise applications like creating policy, rules, realms, user provisioning, single sign-on, web access control etc., and security requirements for coordinating/keeping technical environments in sync.

Level-3 Support Coordinator:

  • Responsible for eBusiness Support mail folder where we get all the help desk tickets and day-to-day operational support for other teams like Development, Sun Opps, Network, Data base, etc.
  • Responsible to answer eBusiness Support phone calls from global locations for production related issues on multilevel environments.
  • Responsible for identifying source and severity of problems include debugging and diagnosing issues and directing them to the proper client support team and transfer resolution knowledge to other technicians who are having assigned ticket.
  • Established and maintained effective working relationships with managers, peers, and staff, along with other teams, internal customers, external customers, and external vendors.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and Lay men customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
  • Dealt with constant pressure and respond to frequent demands of multiple customers.
  • Provided 24/7 on call support on a rotational basis during the weekend and at night.
