1.      Seasoned SFBA with working knowledge of  Salesforce ecosystem including Sales cloud,  Service cloud.

2.      Ability drive business discussions with diverse team of SMEs,  Technical  leads , Project Managers  for building feature list, user stories.

3.      Preparation of requirement documentation , UAT scripts  as per customer mandated  formats.

4.      Availability in PST time zone for most optimal overlap with rest of the project team in US and in  India.

5.      Working experience in Agile environments must to have.

6.      Regular status reporting to  customer and Persistent teams through written communication/teleconference.
