Complete Description:

This resoruce will act as part of team developing new Opcert service for the EPA's eBusiness Center. This service wil be a web based Java application integrated with EPA's eBusiness Center and a 3rd party Payment engine. Regulated operators will access the system via internet to apply for certification renewals and to sign up for exams. The service will support the online payment of fees associated with both. Programmer will build user interfaces utilizing JSP, STRUTS, and limited java script. They will create service layer objects supporting integration with eBusiness Center framework of services and thrid party payment engine using JAVA.
