We are looking for a single temporary resource to assist with efforts on implementing a new Human Resources system and related processes.
The project is already in flight and has several phased deployments over the next year. So our need is immediate and goes into 2018.
Skills:
- Excellent communicator, excellent analytical skills, fluent English, ability to learn quickly, proactive, ability to guide/assist others in problem solving
Nice to Have:
- Functional familiarity with Lawson and/or Infor HCM applications; Technical background; HR process knowledge.
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: La Crosse, WI (mostly on-site with some flexibility)
Hours/Wk: 30-40hr
Types of tasks:
- Testing/QA of processes, data conversions, integrations
- Assist with analyzing solutions and recommending process improvements
- Creating process documentation
- Process mapping activities
- Training materials
- Reporting issues and validating system changes
