The purpose of this solicitation is to engage a vendor to develop a website, train leadership of the Hoarding Task Force to administer and manage the website, and to host the website for two years, through April, 2020.
- Develop a three to five page website, in collaboration with the (client) Task Force, by May 2018. The website will be ADA and Section 508 compliant. It will be fully responsive so it functions on desktop, tablet, and mobile telephone. It will be optimized to be readily found by search engines.
- Conduct training of Hoarding Task Force leadership by the end of June, 2018, in order that at least two members of the leadership team learn to administer and maintain the website, making basic content changes, as needed.
- Host the website, providing analytics on website traffic, software updates, and website back up for two years, through April, 2020.
