Client is seeking a Self-driven Information Security Analyst with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. The selected Information Security Analyst will be responsible for managing, supporting and enhancing customer's enterprise Identity and access management system.The candidate must have 4+ years of experience in SSO (Single Sign On) implementation, support and broad knowledge in Identity and Access Management. 

The perfect candidate:
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in implementing , supporting CA Site Minder.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in installing and configuring CA Site Minder environment, perform upgrades.
  • Experience on Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, springs, Hibernate, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
  • Experience on different varieties of SSO (IP/SP Federation using SAML, Web Agent and Secure Proxy Server)
  • Experience of Web Agent Installation and configuring Site minder policies and objects
  • Experience of writing requirement, design and operational document.
  • Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information.
  • Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.
  • Must have worked directly with customer in trouble shooting and providing technical solution.
  • Handles diverse range of issues that require evaluation of a variety of factors including current business trends.
  • At least a year experience of leading and assisting a team of 5-6 members
  • Strong written and verbal communication and skills to effectively communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management.
Daily responsibilities and activities will include:
  • Implement SSO for existing and new applications using Siteminder, create policy objects, coordinate with application teams, analyze and identify SSO dependencies and provide solution end to end
  • Create technical documents for application teams to follow to implement SSO
  • Ensure the implementations, upgrades are done without causing any downtimes
  • Working on trouble tickets and responding on a timely manner
  • Keep track of team's ticket and ensure SLA or OLA compliance
  • Writing efficient, re- usable, optimal, and well documented code.
  • Working with development team reviewing design, coding, testing and documenting software programs for systems of the moderate to high complexity and helping in peer code reviews.
  • Analyzing business requirements and creates software design for at least one major sub- system.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise. Participates in client/ external interactions on technical matters.
  • Providing technical guidance and training. Articulates pros and cons of an action in a clear manner.
  • Identifying opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels.
  • Following organizational process ensuring quality
  • Addressing complex and high priority issues.
