- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
- Experience with AGILE development methodology Knowledge of web applications and custom force.com applications
With 8 years as an HR Business Analyst or similar function Experience business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and UAT execution Implementation and support experience with global HR systems from gathering and documenting complex business requirements through testing and production rollout Change Guide internal customers through the entire project lifecycle Negotiate detailed requirement and solution design tradeoffs Contribute
Minimum years of experience: 5+
Certifications Needed: Yes Certification in force.com adminstrator

- Work effectively with Employee Success program owners, IT engineering, and the application team to identify, document, and prioritize requirements for force.com systems
