IVR Developer
  • Designs call flows and Voice User Interface (VUI)
  • Make application code changes per call flows and VUIs
  • Documents technical designs
  • Participate in SCRUM meetings
  • Triages issues raised by production support as needed
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Java/J2EE design, development and implementation
  • Must be comfortable with UNIX/Linux scripting
  • Must be comfortable with complex java servlet programming and Java scripts
  • Experience with web services (client) development
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Team player and great attitude
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience or exposure with IVR development, specifically Avaya Orchestration Designer framework (strong plus) and Avaya Contact Center infrastructure
  • Experience with Nuance speech recognition and text to speech software
  • Experience in developing applications on WebSphere Application Server
  • Exposure to AWS such as Lambda, Lex, Poly, Dynamo DB.
