All necessary project reporting to REI and Client steering committee teams. Effort tracking, status report, communication and coordination with stake holders. Managing the team to successfully meet the identified deliverables and schedules.Daily oversight on the activities of the team Analyze solution options and work on component design along with the REI team Work with REI team to build components related to the project
