The candidate will be a member of a dynamic team responsible for doing .NET development and will be involved in all the phases of the SDLC.

Position Description:  The candidate will be a member of a dynamic team responsible for doing .NET development and will be involved in all the phases of the SDLC.  The primary role of the candidate will be to work on the PennDOT granting system (aka dotGrants) which is a large highly complex hybrid application with core COTS code and custom built .NET modules utilizing a SQL Server database backend. The candidate also will work on the new custom modules/web sites developed in ASP.NET MVC C# platform.   

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Required 5+: ASP.NET web application development.
  • Required 5+: Database development with SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Required 4+: ASP.NET MVC development using C# and Razor.
  • Required 3+: jQuery/Bootstrap or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Required 2+: HTML5/CSS3 experience.
  • Required 2+: SAP Crystal Reports experience.
  • Required 1+: VSTS/Team Foundation Server with GIT experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Granting/Accounting systems preferred.
