  • Experience on creating functional specifications for Point of Sale (payment file) Interface for inbound payments received to SAP AR.
  • Experience on creating functional specifications for Payment Device (settlement detail report) Interface for inbound payments received to SAP AR.
  • Experience on creating functional specifications to design a new custom program for automated clearing of bank sub-ledger account with AR sub-ledger
  • Participated in EDI configuration that includes partner profile setup, port definition, message control, condition record, process code, and segment definition
  • Experience on Adyen (3rd party payment device), SAP PI and ABAPers to understand and finalize the new design.
  • IDOC Monitoring for error management with WE02 and WE05
  • Conducted meetings with business users to gather requirements and to understand the workflow of the AS-IS process, and designed the TO-BE process and created prototyping of global template. Lead design sessions during requirement gathering phase of the project
  • Involved extensively for developing test cases for many different scenarios for AR interfaces and running them for Unit Testing through manual loading of production files,.
  • Prepared and finalized the cutover plan and was actively involved during cutover activates.
  • Actively participated in the workshops, and lead the Workshops with business leads and IT team in different countries.
  • Single point of contact for all issues related post-production support for 3 weeks to ensure that the system is functioning as designed and financial close activities are completed in line with financial close calendar
