This is a full-time, direct hire role. Michigan, Ohio, Arizona and Colorado

Job Duties

  • Act as an escalation point for all Checkpoint issues.
  • Check Point architecture, design, and implementation on projects.
  • Work with clients and prospects to identify gaps in their information security protocols and implement solutions to address them. This may include gap assessment, penetration testing and control specific projects
  • Determine methods to measure the operational effectiveness of security implementations in a client organization.
  • Be an extension of our clients information security team by providing recommendations and best practices for optimizing their security infrastructure.
  • On-board clients for on-going security support services.
  • Split time between SOC requirements and client project work.
  • Act as an escalation point for Tiers 1-3 and create tickets with third-party vendors as needed.
  • Solution design and implementation for client. Ability to work with a client from pre-sales call thru post implementation documentation and provisioning them into our SOC.
  • Incident Root cause analysis.
  • Service delivery.
  • Level 3 troubleshooting.
  • Maintain target gross margin delivery.
  • Maintain scorecard metric targets (weekly operational targets).
  • Maintain certification requirements.
  • Participation in 24x7 on-call rotation.


  • Permanently authorized to work in the US - Sponsorships are not available.
  • Live in Michigan or Arizona preferably. We can also consider Colorado or Ohio candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years+ experience in an information security related role working with Check Point firewalls
  • Certified as Check Point Certified Security Administrator
  • Check Point Certified Security Expert certification a plus
  • Incident response experience required. Certification a plus.
  • Knowledge of information security standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, etc) and their related control sets a plus.
  • Passion for learning about new information security related technologies and topics.
  • Comfortable supporting end users over phone and e-mail.
  • Desires a highly dynamic and fast paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
