The primary responsibility of FICO Business Process Analyst will be to act as a liaison between business and technology teams ensuring proper business processes. This person will be responsible for gathering business requirements, functions of requirements, mapping and measuring workflow, and organizing processes for improvements. This candidate will also be responsible for effectively collaborating with business units and internal IT teams to ensure streamlined operations. A knowledge of SAP functionality is highly preferred for this role for constant improvements and consultancy to IT solutions.
• Experience in a business analysis or financial analysis role
• Expert in FICO
• Strong analytical skills
• Previous experience supporting business processes
• Previous experience collaborating with IT teams
• SAP (no preferred version)
Educational Requirements for the Proffered Position
The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related. MBA Preferred.
