• The Sr. Business Architect will be needed to partner with the Oncology business team on various initiatives.
• The Sr. Business Architect will partner with business SMEs to extract business process requirements and design strategy and facilitate/lead platform technical review sessions
• The Sr. Business Architect will develop business process flows/diagrams which can be translated into a viable system design plan. Support the design review process to ensure the solution developed achieves project goals.
• Support the development of the technical strategy solution by gaining agreement with all Platform teams.
• Partner with IT Platforms - full teams, but specifically Technical Analysts and Platform teams in support of them developing a solution that meets the business requirements
• Lead other SDLC documentation that connects work back to the business requirements i.e. Traceability Matrix, Functional Design, System Testing Documentation etc.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and IT, and help bring the project and any solution delivery to deployment
• Provide support for business operations to enable the technical solution to be adopted by the end users.
• Provide direct support to business team members on Oncology projects & initiatives

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate should be able to understand usage of big data and analytics since this is a focus of many 2018 Oncology projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage through the client ecosystem.
• Background/understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry.
