Job Details:

Information and Technology at the client site is responsible for delivering systems and solutions all business functions. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems play a significant role in this. SAP is the client’s ERP platform. Funds Management (FM) is one of the key modules of this platform supporting the Budget management process. The client is currently upgrading the FM module to a later version from SAP called Budget Control System (BCS). Capturing/revising the business process, analyzing functional modifications involved in the upgrade, coordinating with business and It leads, documenting use-cases and test cases are all critical to the upgrade.

ACOUNTABILITY
  • Accurate capture of Business requirements, functional and non-functional in the office repository
  • Work with stakeholders to define specific needs and priorities
  • Capture and maintain the stakeholder RACI matrix for business functions and information entities
  • Triage system issues and work with technical teams as needed
  • Analyze impact of business process changes on existing systems
  • Validation of requirements feasibility with other functions
  • Maintain business process and requirements catalogue for systems in use. Tracing requirements to the business processes and the applications
  • Disseminating business requirements (e.g. walk-throughs) with delivery and support teams
  • Facilitate the balancing of business needs and product offerings in COTS implementations
  • Evaluate the feasibility of changes in requirements with all functions prior to finalizing with the business
  • Managing requirements baselines and changes to them, including validation with the functional teams
  • Coordinate User acceptance testing of system issues and resolutions

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to analyze and interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Good documentation skills to produce clear and concise documentation.
