- Level 2 and Level 3 support of SAP BPC and FICO areas.
- Resolve incidents in BPC and FICO areas independently
- Work on Business Enhancements in BPC and RTR areas.
- Work with offshore team and act as bridge between client SMEs and Offshore team
Certifications Needed: No
Top 3 responsibilities you to shoulder and execute:
- L2 and L3 Support SAP BPC and SAP FICO
- Business Enhancements of less than 160 hrs
