Requirements:
- 5+ years process analysis experience using Blueworks live / BPMN
- Having banking industry background
- Mortgage servicing, customer management and servicing preferred - Knowledge of IBM BPM development and integration will be a plus
- Knowledge of Spark UI tooklit will be a plus - Strong knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering
- Drive improvements and optimize business processes and workflows
- Applying knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes
- Managing process change and leading process redesign workshops
- Understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML preferred
- Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.
