Strong performance testing experience, especially testing using LOAD RUNNER IBM RPT Liaise with customer client manager to understand the performance test requirements and finalize Understand and validate performance test objectives Come up with a right performance test approach, plan, strategy and work load model Conduct quick POCs to demonstrate the benefits of the performance testing proposed approach Strong hands on experience in preparing complex scripts using RPT in multiple protoco
