Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Possess good understanding of ITIL Processes
- Experience in different components of Asset Management Life Cycle and Processes, Configuration Items and components necessary for CIs.
- Possess prior experience in CMDB, Asset Life Cycle Management of Hardware and worked on solutioning CMDB build up from scratch.
- Good experience on creating process flow from procurement of asset, racking/stacking till end of life of an Asset.
- Should be capable of proposing solutions, implementation of Asset Life Cycle Management and work with different stake holders on implementing the process defined.
- Desirable to articulate best practices in Configuration Management.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Co-ordination skills with client, other teams etc.
- Basic understanding of all IT Infrastructure components
- Exposure to Service Now on CMDB setup would be an added advantage.
