Detailed Job Description:
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team.Lead team through backlog grooming, sprint planning sessions, daily standups, sprint closure and conduct retrospective.Provides input to determine project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle. Good working knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management.Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards. I

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure projects are planned and prioritized to meet business needs.
